These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our valued guests. We recommend reading them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking and Reservation Policy
- Reservations can be made directly through our official website hotelshivsadan.com, by phone (+91-8160685547), WhatsApp, or through authorized travel and booking partners (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, TripAdvisor).
- All reservations are subject to room availability and will only be considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from Hotel Shivsadan Somnath.
- Guests must provide accurate details at the time of booking, including full name, contact information, number of guests, and expected arrival time.
- A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driver’s License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in, in compliance with Government of India regulations. PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID proof.
- Special supplements (such as gala dinners during Christmas, New Year, or other festive occasions) may apply and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- Complimentary breakfast is typically served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Requests outside these timings may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellation and Amendment Policy
- Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, subject to a deduction of 5.7% as payment gateway/transaction fees.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 15 days before check-in will incur charges equivalent to one night’s room tariff.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in or in case of a no-show will be charged 100% of the booking value.
- Any amendments or modifications to a booking are treated as cancellations and will be subject to the same cancellation policies mentioned above.
- Hotel Shivsadan Somnath reserves the right to review cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis and may waive them under special circumstances at the management’s discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- Depending on the booking source, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of reservation to guarantee your booking.
- All invoices must be cleared within 7 days of issuance, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the hotel management.
- In case of delayed or non-payment, Hotel Shivsadan Somnath reserves the right to cancel the booking or charge an interest of 10% on the outstanding amount.
- All incidental charges, such as room service, laundry, damages, or special requests, must be settled at the time of check-out.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for maintaining proper conduct and ensuring no damage is caused to hotel property. Any repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking zones will be specified by the hotel staff.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises unless explicitly approved in advance by hotel management.
- Guests must adhere to all local laws, including noise restrictions and curfews, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
- Hotel Shivsadan Somnath reserves the right to evict any guest without refund for misconduct, unlawful activity, or violation of these terms.
5. Hotel Policies
- Standard check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings. Safe-keeping facilities may be provided upon request.
- Consumption of outside food and beverages in public areas is not allowed unless approved by hotel management.
- The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation or services to guests who fail to comply with our policies or behave inappropriately.
6. Website Usage
- All content on our official website is for general information purposes only and may be updated or modified without prior notice.
- Unauthorized use of this website, including hacking attempts, distribution of malicious code, or misuse of content, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
