Reservation Policy - Hotel Shivsadan Somnath
Welcome to Hotel Shivsadan Somnath. This Reservation Policy explains the detailed terms and conditions for booking rooms, cancellations, amendments, payments, and check-in/check-out procedures. By confirming a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to the policies stated below, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience during your stay near Somnath Temple.
1. Booking Requirements
- Reservations can be made directly through our official website, by phone (+91-8160685547), via WhatsApp (+91-8160685547), or through trusted booking platforms (Booking.com, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Yatra, etc.).
- All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation by Hotel Shivsadan Somnath. Instant confirmation will be provided via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Guests are required to provide accurate details, including full name, valid contact information, and payment details at the time of booking.
- For reservations made using credit or debit cards, the cardholder must be one of the registered guests and must present the same card at check-in for verification.
- During festive seasons or special events (such as Diwali, New Year’s Eve, Maha Shivratri, or Shravan), a mandatory festive supplement (such as gala dinner or special event surcharge) may be applicable. Guests will be informed of such charges at the time of booking.
2. Check-In Requirements
- All guests aged 18 years and above must present a valid government-approved photo ID and address proof at the time of check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driver’s License. Please note that PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identification.
- Standard check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
- Failure to provide valid identification at check-in may result in denial of entry, and such bookings will be treated as no-shows without refund.
3. Cancellation and Amendment Policy
- Guests must notify us at least 7 days prior to check-in for cancellations or amendments.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund, subject to a 5.7% deduction to cover payment processing fees.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 15 days prior to check-in will attract a cancellation charge equivalent to one night’s room tariff.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
- All amendments to existing bookings will be treated as cancellations and will follow the same policy terms.
- Hotel Shivsadan Somnath reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent activity, incomplete information, or errors in the booking process are detected.
- We strive to minimize cancellation charges wherever possible and may consider waiving them on a case-by-case basis at the hotel’s discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- A full advance payment or a partial deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the season, offer, or booking channel used.
- Additional charges such as special event surcharges, food services, laundry, or damages to hotel property must be cleared at the time of check-out.
- Unpaid invoices are expected to be settled within 7 days. Failure to do so may attract a 10% interest per week on the outstanding amount or cancellation of future bookings.
5. Additional Policies
- Unless specified in the package, tariffs do not include additional services such as laundry, meals, beverages, or transportation. These will be charged separately on usage.
- Hotel Shivsadan Somnath is not liable for additional charges or issues arising from bookings made via third-party portals. Guests are encouraged to book directly for the best deals and support.
- Tariffs may vary during high-demand periods, festivals, or peak tourist seasons. Guests who have pre-booked will be liable to pay the revised tariff if their stay falls during these special periods.
6. Governing Law
This Reservation Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under this policy will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
